These Terms of Use govern access to the FranMantra website, product documentation, trial environments, and any related pages, portals, or hosted resources made available by FranMantra.
By accessing the FranMantra website, documentation, or hosted resources, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and any additional terms referenced in them.
The website and documentation may be used only for lawful purposes connected to product evaluation, procurement, training, support, implementation, or business operations. FranMantra publicly offers product information, feature descriptions, and documentation for its franchise CRM platform, and these resources are intended for legitimate business use.

These Software Subscription Terms apply to access to hosted FranMantra services, including application access made available through the FranMantra login environment.
FranMantra provides customer relationship management and franchise operations functionality through a hosted platform. Public product pages describe capabilities including lead handling, pipeline visibility, workflow support, document management, role-based access, and compliance-oriented controls.
Subject to payment of fees and compliance with these terms, FranMantra grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right during the subscription term to access and use the hosted service for the customer’s internal business operations.

As between the parties, the customer retains rights in customer data submitted to the service, subject to rights necessary for FranMantra to host, process, secure, support, back up, and maintain the service. FranMantra’s public materials refer to secure data handling, role-based access, document access controls, and backup-oriented operational features, which should be reflected in actual service delivery practices.
The customer may not:
Fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and any implementation charges must be stated in the applicable order form, proposal, or commercial schedule.
FranMantra may suspend service for non-payment, material breach, security threats, illegal use, or urgent maintenance needs. Either party may terminate according to the contract term, renewal schedule, and cure rights set out in the applicable commercial agreement.

These Master Service Terms govern implementation, onboarding, configuration, support, maintenance, and other professional or managed services provided in connection with FranMantra subscriptions.
Services may include discovery sessions, business-process mapping, tenant setup, user-role configuration, workflow configuration, integration assistance, onboarding, administrative training, and support coordination.
Project timelines and deliverables depend on timely customer participation, access to required business stakeholders, availability of source data, readiness of third-party systems, and prompt decision-making.
Any request that materially changes scope, integrations, data migration volume, security requirements, customization effort, or training commitments may require a written change order covering timing, fees, and responsibilities.

Each party must protect non-public business, technical, security, and commercial information received from the other party using reasonable safeguards and may use it only for contract performance, compliance, or rights enforcement.
