The application may request access to third-party services (e.g., Google APIs) to enable enhanced productivity features such as Gmail integration for sending emails on the user's behalf.

These Terms govern your use of Franmantra across all platforms and devices and apply to all users, including individuals, companies, and any other entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Your use of Franmantra does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

If you are using Franmantra on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to bind the organization.

4. Integration with Google Services

Franmantra integrates with Google services through OAuth to offer features such as sending emails via Gmail. To enable this functionality, users are required to authorize specific scopes, such as:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: This allows Franmantra to send emails on your behalf.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify: This allows Franmantra to modify emails on your behalf
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.metadata: This allows Franmantra to modify emails on your behalf

By using these features, you also agree to be bound by:

Franmantra only requests the minimum scope necessary to perform the intended task and does not access or store Gmail content outside of the send operation.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

If you decide to delete your Franmantra account:

You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Franmantra and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any harm resulting from the unauthorized use of your account

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for using the Service in the past 12 months (if any).

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
